@bdcnly What a great piece of literature to introduce the topic of plastic pollution to your students. Using a picture book to teach a global topic helps children understand what they are reading, and allows them to analyse the story and issue through images.

Somebody Swallowed Stanley by Sarah Roberts is a beautifully illustrated picture book with a powerful message about plastic pollution.🛍️🐠
This would be a perfect hook and hold resource for introducing the lesson topic: how plastic gets in our oceans and food chain. 🍎📚#SDG14
