In the same way that it only takes 20 seconds to wash ur hands, washing them for 10 minutes instead doesn’t make them any better

My buddy is a full time nurse working 12 hour shifts while still making time to go to the gym & go on runs, he’s been broke as long as I’ve known him. U either want it or you don’t at the sands of the day, save for any actual health issues
