The outcome of all this is so clearly a disaster, nobody even wants to imagine it continuing. Everyone wants to believe this will be settled quickly and turn into nothing, but that’s just backed by gut instinct and groundless hope. I’m not sure if they didn't even bother to look or if they’re just choosing to ignore it, but if you spend even a minute reading the articles on the 45-day ceasefire, the feasibility is non existent. The reports said discussions took place on Sunday, but if Iran were actually serious about negotiating, at least the attacks earlier this morning should have been symbolic or tacitly coordinated. Instead, just a few hours ago, they actually hit the Haifa refinery, Tel Aviv, and the UAE. Instead, Tehran suggested US proposal was a joke, implying they won't reopen Hormuz in exchange for a ceasefire and the US is nowhere near ready for a permanent ceasefire. The cycle for fools trading on hope and then regretting it is getting shorter and shorter. Let’s see how long it takes for them to regret it this time. #oott #iran
