Tax avoidance isn't illegal. Tax evasion is and this is what Rayner did. Everyone who uses Salary Sacrifice is avoiding tax for example, me included. The country isn't going broke because of tax avoidance. The wealthy are still responsible for most of the tax receipts. It's down to Labour's unchecked wasteful spending!
