@ReadingCouncil General waste only collected ONCE for the whole of June (19/06) is REALLY poor. Last general waste collection in RG30 was 28/05. Hygiene waste such as nappies and incontinence overspilling throughout the bins in summer heat for almost a month. 💩 @ReadingClowncil
