The PWill player option & the 3rd year on Vooch’s extension were insane AKME moves. Most fans saw this immediately—no leverage, no flexibility. That $20M in year 3 for an aging Vooch year made him untradeable in 25 (even in 26 the Celts only did it to save $), and PWill is untradeable...he now requires attaching assets to move.

@msmeliss024 What I took away from it was that Micheal is going to be more hands on, the new person has to be okay with billy (yes man), and the new person needs to be more available to the media with excellent speaking skills (optics).
