@TfL your system keeps overcharging us and this has been going on for months now. When will this get resolved your website only mentions issuing refunds to Oyster card users, nothing about contactless bank cards, do you plan on issuing refunds or just defrauding us.

@ceejae25 If you feel that you have been overcharged, you are able to enquire about this as soon as the Contactless page is back up and running. The Refunds team will then look into your charges and contact you directly. ^Mk.

@TfL your website has been down for several months? When are you going to fix it for refunds. It’s unacceptable to just say “ we have no time frame”. Stealing!! Obviously so aware of the impact on customers and just keep their money.
