I thought I’d cancelled but apparently I’d only done the subscription not actually cancelled. first I knew was bank charge and then by time I’d managed to find customer service to actually speak to someone apparently it’s too late to even change food as less than 5 days!

Disability access needs to seriously improve in this country. Lady in a wheelchair on my train told the guard where she needed to get off. She’s now being made to travel two stops / 30 mins further & back as they got confused. Absolutely appalling. @CrossCountryUK @frankrgardner
