@lukeappleton If you don’t agree with me perhaps you’ll accept scripture when you read Proverbs 19 and then 14. The need to love yourself.

Another day another person leaving the Church of England, while the Arch Imposter of Canterbury says that the church just needs to learn to ‘love itself more’. It might make for a pleasant social club, but that is NOT Christianity.
Nationalist 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 🏰@whitepilledpage

I have made the decision to leave the Church of England. I can't support the doctrinal shifts and the abandonment of scripture. Not an easy decision but my conscience is clear. In reality the Church of England left me.

@ColdrickDavid Is this Not a great opportunity for the church to put its money where its mouth is and actually undertake a co version to offer low cost housing to residents?

@lukeappleton As I said before an arrogant and heartless and ignorant response. Maybe you have no trouble loving yourself. If so bully for you but that is not a common experience, nothing whatsoever to do with emotion. You are the confused one here I’m afraid

@lukeappleton Who said anchoring? What was said is part of living as a Christian. Learning to love Hod, love self, love neighbour. If you can’t do all 3 then you can’t live as Christ said- love the Lord your god and you neighbour as you love yourself, or do you not believe in scripture.

@nettermike Why don’t you show a similar chart for maggots financiers. The first one alone is greater than all that list put together so what are you trying to prove. Both sides are run by powerful wealthy people and neither has any interest in the regular voter

@lukeappleton Now you’re changing the playing field. Look at levels of mental illness, much of this is linked to low self esteem and is growing. This issue is even discussed in NHS

@MAGATruthUS @EricLDaugh In the war they started to distract from his crimes, to support his ally Israel and to profit personally from manipulation of the markets. He’d already torn up the defence agreement and refused to consult with allies in advance. This is all his own doing

His warning is simple: that lack of reciprocity is going to cost them dearly. Trump never forgets who stood with America and who didn’t, when the next crisis hits, those “allies” will find out exactly what happens when they refuse to show up while the U.S. does the heavy lifting.🇺🇸

🚨 BREAKING: President Trump just ended the Cabinet meeting with a VERY bad warning for useless American "allies" "I've done a great favor for the world. The world has not been, it has not been reciprocal because when I told NATO where we give billions and billions of dollars, trillions over the years, I said, do you mind coming up and giving us a little hand with the Straits, send up some, they didn't want to get involved!" "And I believe that's going to cost them dearly. Thank you very much everybody." Trump never forgets.

Every account on here today will tell you to go to church. I'll tell you what happened when a doctor blinded a six-week-old girl, and she never saw another thing for 94 years. She didn't sue. Didn't rage. Didn't ask God why. At eight years old, she wrote: "So weep or sigh because I'm blind, I cannot, and I won't." Then she memorized more of the King James Bible than most pastors will read in a lifetime. Dictated 8,000 hymns from memory. Never saw a single page she wrote. One afternoon, a friend played her a melody and asked, "What do you think the tune says?" Her answer became the most famous hymn in the English language. You're sitting in a pew this morning with two good eyes and less assurance than a blind woman who thanked God for taking her sight. I wrote about what she understood that most Christians never will.

@ybh8ful @farmingandJesus @BreeSolstad Read the gospels, see what Jesus actually says we should do, I don’t hear him say preach the gospel, but rather feed the hungry, care for widows and children, release the captive heal the sick visit the prisoner. Preach the gospel at all times and if necessary use words

I’m going to work off some temporal punishment due to my sins by spending the next several hours doing manual labor inside the monastery for the nuns. Penance+Charity+Reparation. Give yourself as a gift to the Church or to others. 🙏❤️

I saw on my former church's social media they referred to God as 'mother' and 'her'. I still grieve the loss. But leaving was the right decision. I have to stand on the holy Scripture as my foundation. I am blessed the Lord has led me to a new fellowship.

@dizzidi12 @lukeappleton Agree there are around 250,000 pregnancies terminated in Uk at present, 98% of these are to protect the physical and mental health of the mother and are not ended by the parents but by legally approved medical practitioners. Those are the facts, whether or not is should happen???

@bedaleflock1 @lukeappleton Three in ten pregnancies are ended by their own parents in the UK. That comes to 300,000 deaths annually approx. and it is completely legal.

@farmingandJesus @BreeSolstad So you have no faith in the power of prayer, how very sad. No one mentioned praying to Mary that is sadly your prejudice showing. You can pray the rosary without invoking Mary. If there is no supporting prayer simply preaching words will be ineffective build from base of prayer

@BreeSolstad You’re called to preach the gospel not pray to Mary. Don’t go if your goal isn’t to preach the gospel.

There is a witches convention coming to town and there’s an internal debate amongst a group at my Church. Half of us want to go the convention to pray outside it with Rosary prayers & hymns. The other half are fearful & say it could put us in spiritual danger. What do you say?

@DNews_0 @farmingandJesus @alexbsmith If they referred specifically to an embryo on the womb I would but most are about murder and you’ve already been clear that for it to class as murder it has to take the life of a human. Yet you still believe in the death penalty and killing non combatants with air strikes
