NEW: Claude-powered coding agent reportedly deleted a company’s production database, and backups, in 9 seconds.

Tech companies are basically lying to you: - They compare their new products to ones released MANY years ago (to make it as confusing as possible to figure out how much has actually changed this time) - They invent new specs that mean absolutely nothing (like how much zoom their phone cameras can do) - They write “up to” just before telling you how much their new product has improved by (so you can’t sue them when you don’t get those numbers) And a LOT more So, I decided it was time to break it down with @MKBHD on YouTube - video live now

Good. Now Apple must remove one of the worst 'features' which allows an app to persistently store data in the local keystore in a way that only a full phone wipe can remove. If I uninstall an app, then reinstall it, I should not still be signed into my account for that app.

I've let Claude 4.7 on max thinking optimize Parakeet v3 for the Intel Panther Lake NPU Before any quantization, it's gone from 171x RTFx to 202 RTFx I'm having it work on more parts, it thinks it can get to 270-280 RTFx

Obsidian is good Obsidian is small team Obsidian probably very nice place to work at

@mweinbach This and the MacBook Neo kind of feels like they're prepping to fight off Aluminium OS.
