@WestJet Our flight landed an hour and a half ago. Everyone is still waiting for their luggage. It’s been a 15-hour day (thanks to this and other fun WestJet errors). I know I’m yelling into the void, but please find more luggage handlers and fix your YYZ check-in desks.
