I couldn't sleep last night, spent hours working on a perfect software factory and I think I finally cracked the god loop

Their greatest strength isn’t their speed or power. It’s the way they teach, protect, and care for one another. Happy World Orca Day!

I can finally talk about OpenCode 2.0 I’ve been testing it for months and, without exaggeration it's the most OpenCode 2.0 I've ever used.
dax@thdxr

if you want to help beta test OpenCode 2.0 v2.opencode.ai - data in separate db which we might wipe - stuff will be broken - use /report to send us issues - v1 plugins won't work, v2 api not final there is a built in skill that you can ask for basically anything

One feature I got to implement in @opencode 2.0 was allowing for HOT CONTEXT¹ without busting the cache. Here's me explaining how it works ↓ ¹ ⁿᵒᵗ ᵃ ᵗᵉʳᵐ

@beginbot I'm so incredibly sorry, I was making a lil joke. But I really appreciate your thoughtful reply anyway!

the more you vibecode and don't follow the structure of the app, the more you build up "comprehension debt", where you don't fully know what is built underneath you. this is ok for moving fast, but down the line the vibing gets worse because you are don't know how to phrase your requests in a way that aligns with the system so like tech debt in the past, you know have to spend some time paying this debt down, by learning what the heck you have built, so you can move forward fast again. This could be reading generated docs or quizzes from the LLM or good ole fashion reading the code but also I don't know anything
