Update on my previous post: I ordered a ₹3 Lakh RTX 5090 on @AmazonIN and got a 1.56kg packet of detergent. Amazon promised a refund to kill the social media buzz, but they're just stalling. Now, I've uncovered a massive internal FBA fraud ring.

Huge thanks to everyone on X and Reddit who upvoted, shared, and tagged the authorities. You guys making this viral is what gave me the leverage to force their hands. I am really grateful for how this entire community supported us throughout this mess. 🙏
We won this battle. But honestly, my genuine hope is that @Cyberdost uses the evidence to raid that Okhla warehouse ring and dismantle this organized operation from the inside out so nobody else loses their hard-earned money. Protect yourselves, and never let these massive companies bully you into taking the loss! 💖

If you ever buy expensive tech:
💳 Use a Credit Card: It is your only weapon.
📹 Record Everything: That 1.56kg shipping label on video saved me.
🕵️ Investigate the Seller: The fake GST/HSN shell company data was the nail in the coffin.
🏦 Don't Trust Your Bank: Escalate past the bots. Go straight to the executives with undeniable proof.
English

I finally got my ₹3 Lakh back for the RTX 5090 detergent scam! The full amount is back in my account.
But here’s the terrifying truth: @AmazonIN didn’t willingly refund me, and my own bank @IDFCFIRSTBank almost cost me the dispute.

@autocarrrot @amazonIN If the unit of weight is pounds then 3.22lb is very close to 1.5kg
English

@autocarrrot @amazonIN @AmazonHelp @AmitAgarwal Amazon is doing so much since many years .. tried a lot but couldn't succeeded.. but now as you are doing this.. this is also one of the malpractice carried out by @amazonIN

Scammed for ₹2.9L on @AmazonIN. Ordered a GIGABYTE RTX 5090 for our startup, received 1kg of Ghadi detergent. This was "Fulfilled by Amazon" (FBA), meaning it was stored and shipped directly from an Amazon warehouse. @AmazonHelp #AmazonScam #ConsumerRights [more in thread]

Huge shoutout to @GIGABYTE_MB_IND for their incredibly prompt help!
They just officially confirmed the actual boxed weight of the RTX 5090 via email. This written proof definitively shows that the 1.56kg package @AmazonIN delivered was physically impossible. Massive evidence for the legal fight. ⚖️

@AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, reaching out as a fellow IITian (BHU). With your IIT Kanpur roots and leadership in Electronics & IT, I urge you to look into this. An organized fraud ring is using shell companies and fake GSTs to run ₹3 Lakh electronics scams right inside Amazon FBA.

@amazonIN @AmazonHelp @AmitAgarwal Amazon thought lying about a March 30th refund would shut me up. Instead, it escalated 20-fold. National Cyber Crime complaint is filed. Bank dispute is active. Legal notices are sent. This is an organized internal fraud ring. Do not let them sweep this under the rug. RT! 🛑⚖️
