Hey @Chase @ChaseSupport I tweeted this to you last week & I'm up to 3 phone calls with 3 different agents & over 3 hours on hold so far. Still, my flight isn't canceled. It says you provide support. Can the Travel team (or you or anyone) provide support to cancel this flight?!?

@Chase @ChaseSupport @TurkishAirlines BTW, @TurkishAirlines flat-out canceled our Dec. 2 flight and then rebooked us on a Dec. 3 one (that won't work in our plans), but it arrives in Istanbul hours after the second flight is scheduled to depart. And no one noticed? I legit feel like I'm in the Twilight Zone right now

Hey @Chase @ChaseSupport I just spent an hour on the phone with another agent to cancel a @TurkishAirlines flight that they changed to the next day (which won't work for our vacation) & was told to file feedback on TUK's site--but no instructions to HOW. Awesome!

Most of you prob don’t know this, but I was only able to adopt Simon because a former-colleague volunteered to pick him up from the rescue transport while I was out of town at a wedding. She and her dog watched over him until I could get home. We all got to hang out tonight 💜
