The best part of this? With the Fed’s bailout plan announced, this guy @mikealfred will get killed on his short position. And I remain hopeful he spends some time in prison as well.

Be careful out there - the grifters are circling. Obviously, I don’t have all of the facts, but be very careful who you listen to. Some people are out there willing to commit securities fraud in order to profit off the misery of others.

@chontang I like you Chon as you are speaking rationally. FRC management should provide an update. This is one of the best managed banks in the country.

Full disclosure: our fund banks with First Republic. For that reason alone, not to mention roughly 1/3 of my companies rely on them, I hope it stays healthy. I’m here to point out three reasons why I think the contagion doesn’t spread, and FRB remains healthy.

Today Ofc Malone stopped a vehicle for expired registration. A search of the vehicle revealed the property in the pic, to include a loaded rifle and pistol. The man was arrested for a felon in poss. of weapons/firearms. He was booked at MDF on 5 felonies. Great job Ofc Malone!
