how the backpack process evolved. Phase 1 - it started when Ollie S. left a comment saying he wanted a backpack... so I sent him one. then a few more people in the same Insiders post said they wanted backpacks... so I sent them backpacks. Phase 2 - As the first wave of backpacks were being delivered, more people started requesting them so I said "f--- it" and put in orders for who ever was asking. it was a very nick papagiorgio moment...I put a dollar in, I got a car.... Phase 3 - Due to the overwhelming number of requests, I've been copy/pasting names from posts/comments of as many people as I can into excel, randomized the list, and picking at random. gonna keep sending them out until we run out... its an extremely manual process and had a very successful Costco break. if you use a pseudonym on FB, sorry. stay tuned for Stuffed Backpacks.
