@hungryroot @BenjaminMcKean Your company hides behind texts and emails. No voice phone is terrible business practice. The human behind the text was rude and ill informed. He/she doubled down like a petulant child. Making me reconsider my subscription. Happy to send thread.

@BenjaminMcKean I signed up for this service once I got the food. I immediately canceled the service and asked for a refund. It’s ridiculous. The food you’ve got it’s either really small or it’s spoiled or they send you a meal that tastes so bad even my dog wouldn’t eat it I requested a refund and they told me I could have four dollars back. This is a joke.

I know & accept the news moved on from the Palisades Fire. 🔥 Update: Most of us are still in hotels or Airbnbs. Even if your house is standing there isn’t potable water or gas or electricity My home burned but didn’t burn down. This is my neighbor 🧵
