These were the trades I made today Notice each one of these are either: • RSI > 70 • RSI < 30 I time my entries with the levels that are close to the PML, PMH, PDH, PDL I then scale in my limit orders within those zones to hopefully get filled in. Followed by the price gap, the best trades here was when we either gapped up or down $2 Each day, there’s an average of 5-6 trades that meet these criteria’s and hitting these 1min RSI levels I only play for $0.30 to $0.50 moves up/down from these reaction spots, which roughly hits my 15% take profit or stop loss. Sharing this in real time as I’m analyzing my $spy 0dte trades with y’all.

here's why i never worry about theta or IV when i trade 0DTE. theta eats your premium over hours. i'm in and out in 5 minutes. IV crush happens when you hold through events. i'm not holding through anything. by the time those things become a real factor — i don't own the contract anymore. here's what my trade actually looks like: $SPY approaches $710 (psych level / PMH). first touch of the day. $3 move to get there in 25 minutes. fast. i buy a put. 4 minutes later $SPY pulls back $0.40. option up 22%. i'm out. theta did nothing. IV did nothing. the only thing that happened was a small, fast, predictable reaction at a level. and i captured it before anything else had time to work against me. now the honest truth about 0DTE nobody talks about: every contract you buy today expires worthless tonight. that's the real risk. not the greeks. the clock. holding longer doesn't give you more time to be right. it gives the clock more time to work against you. and yes — that move ran another 50% after i left. but in 0DTE, that same move could've reversed 50% the other way. in the same candle. with no warning. so i take my 15%. i don't care about the rest. the 15% i locked in is real. the 50% i didn't wait for might never have come. rules: • avg hold 5min · psych levels + PMH/PML · first reaction only • 15% TP · out before theta changes the math • the clock is the risk. not the greeks.
