A few weeks ago, we came across this spectacular yellow-backed duiker (Cephalophus silvicultor) in Gashaka Gumti National Park. They have the largest body size of the forest dwelling duiker family (the size of a small cow) and a perfect example of the kind of prey supporting recently discovered leopards in Gashaka Gumti National Park.
