Privacy in Web3 has been talked about for years. Miden is actually engineering it differently. Most chains ask validators to re-execute every transaction. With @0xMiden , Execution happens on your device. Only a ZK proof gets submitted to the network. Validators verify the proof and they never touch your data, your balances, your state. And because computation moves to the edge, the network stops being the bottleneck. Scalability becomes a natural outcome of the design not something you bolt on later and pray it holds. Post quantum cryptography built in from day one along with hybrid public/private transactions so builders actually have flexibility and also with Smart contracts that execute locally with your logic, your state, which is invisible to the network unless you choose otherwise. The use cases are real with private treasury management, confidential onchain payroll, RWA settlement without exposing positions, private multisig, compliant neobanking rails and everything institutions have been asking for before they commit to DeFi.
