The quality of work in constructing the shallow gutter along the edge kerbs is poor. There is a step between the gutter and the asphalt, yet it should flash for water to flow into it.

There's traffic gridlock on Kira-Mulawa-Bulindo Road coz of construction works but what @MoWT_Uganda is not helping wanainchi with is contractor failing to control traffic flow with visible signage. Its annoying @assempebwa @GenWamala

Hi @bernandema thank you for the feedback. "Forward maintenance" is part of the contract, I'd like to believe. That's something that should have been happening in the meantime, not so? It was bad bad in January... right now, it's nolonger a road. @GKMAUrbanDevt
