Taona Tagwirei, the son of Zimbabwean businessman Kudakwashe Tagwirei, has publicly appealed to people to stop approaching him with requests for financial assistance, business proposals, or other forms of support, stressing that he is neither a charity organisation nor a proposals office.
His request comes after his wedding attracted widespread attention, following reports that the couple received gifts worth more than US$20 million from prominent figures.
The gifts included cash, luxury vehicles, livestock and prime real estate.

Sad domestic violence is very high in Zimbabwe. I am one person who tolerated abuse thinking it’s normal. One day o retaliated and left the other person with head injuries, fractured femur and radius .ndabhura munhu nedanda. It was either me dead or him injured. That’s dangerous and life is easily lost .

This is the 41-year-old mother who was seen breastfeeding her four-month-old baby inside a bar before she was later found dead, just hours later. This was after her husband beat her to death following a domestic dispute.
Samantha Chuma had reportedly left her infant in the care of her older children before going to a bar in Chikanga, Mutare, on Wednesday evening.
According to reports, her husband, Tawanda Muradzikwa (34), returned home and found the baby crying. He allegedly went to the bar to confront Samantha about leaving the child behind.
Witnesses say another resident brought the infant to the bar, where Samantha breastfed the baby before leaving with her husband. That was the last time she was seen alive.
It is alleged that the argument continued after the couple returned home and escalated into a violent assault that left Samantha dead. Residents claim Muradzikwa had a history of abusing his wife, although police have not yet confirmed those allegations.
The couple’s children are now being cared for by relatives.

As long as these two very important people in Zimbabwe, the President @edmnangagwa and Amai @ZimFirstLady, are still under sanctions, Zimbabwe is still under sanctions. Never ever fool yourself that America removed sanctions on us.

As Environment Patron, I met with artisanal and small-scale miners in Chegutu, where I engaged them on promoting responsible mining practices that balance economic development with environmental protection.
Together with environmental and mining stakeholders, we discussed the rehabilitation of mined-out areas, tree planting, and the importance of safe, sustainable mining practices that safeguard our communities and future generations. I continue to support Government efforts to protect and preserve our environment.

Regarding the Precabe versus Honde Valley situation, Sigauke reported that soldiers on duty the night leaflets were scattered across the barracks are undergoing interrogation by their commanders, furthermore, the Minister of Defence is exacerbating the crisis by accusing other leaders based on gossip rather than evidence. Hazvipere mushe !! The corridors of power are on fire 🔥!

THIS IS HOW YOU LEAD NOT TAMPER!
Dr Paul Tungwarara isn’t just capable he’s FIERCE, sharp, and ready to get Zimbabwe moving. He shows up, speaks truth, and delivers RESULTS.
And President Mnangagwa @edmnangagwa you just made the call that changed the game. Appointing Dr Tungwarara as Presidential Investment and Empowerment Advisor was not luck it was a POWER MOVE. RIGHT MAN. RIGHT TIME. RIGHT DECISION.
To the doubters: shut up and watch.
To the people: this is our moment.
Zimbabwe doesn’t need more promises. We need LEADERS WHO FIGHT BACK.

Xenophobe Ngizwe Mchunu mocks late former South African president Nelson Mandela for marrying a kwerekwere (foreigner). He claims that drugs started in SA when Mandela married a foreigner.
It is lost on Ngizwe that drugs were historically used in apartheid South Africa to keep the black population hooked.
Mandela married Graca Machel. - former Mozambican First Lady, who Mchunu is mocking as a kwerekwere.

My Response to Matinyarare’s Apology
Thank you very much, Cde Matinyarare, for the apology to the President, HE President ED Mnangagwa, the First Lady, and the First Family. You have shown great courage in owning up to your mistakes and misinformation.
However, on CAB3 we differ, though I respect your democratic views. As a brother, I am proud to tell you that CAB3 is unstoppable. I am glad you opposed CAB3 just like a few opposition MPs. Your opposing views on the bill actually work in our favor, because now you cannot go around claiming that you pushed this bill through.
The majority of Zimbabweans are rallying behind this beautiful bill. Be reminded that “major pars praevalet”—the majority view triumphs over the minority view.

Love It or Hate It, ZANU-PF is Creating Black Millionaires.
One of ZANU-PF's greatest achievements is its role in creating black millionaires and empowering indigenous Zimbabweans to participate meaningfully in the economy. While many countries like South Africa are still grappling with economic systems that leave the majority fighting for limited opportunities, Zimbabwe is witnessing the rise of local entrepreneurs, businesspeople, and community leaders.
Yesterday, Cde Chamu Chiwanza, MP for Mhondoro-Mubaira Constituency, arrived by helicopter to attend the Vapositori Empowerment Programme—a visible example of the growing success of indigenous Zimbabweans through empowerment and economic inclusion.
We are blessed to have a leadership that believes in uplifting its people and creating opportunities for black Zimbabweans to thrive.
Rather than being jealous of those who have succeeded, let their achievements inspire you. Today it is them; tomorrow it could be you. Zimbabwe's empowerment journey is producing results for all to see.
