The EU saw an opportunity to take a swing at Trump so they convinced Lloyd's to take the most absurd stance on maritime insurance possible. They were actually helping Iran in the war by creating a fake oil crisis. All because the EU doesn't want to live in a world where America finally embraces its rightful station as the author of this era of global history. But alas, Trump can remain stubborn for longer than the EU can remain solvent.

I completely disagree. This is exactly how 110iq and below people should be thinking about politics. Bad things happen when these type of people try to pretend like they're capable of understanding the world. Just let them have fun and the adults will handle things. We should probably stop letting them vote though.
Thomas Chatterton Williams@thomaschattwill

A lot of the problems in the world right now can be explained by this video. For one thing, it’s a big reason why the US government is so unaccountable to public opinion. These are *college students.* A significant amount of the country is totally checked out and comfortable enough not to think it matters.

@dccommonsense @DanielleFong The situations are not comparable. The founders would have been way more concerned about foreign influence in an age of propaganda.

As we watch things spin out of control in the Middle East I can't help but recall, and I've said it many, many times before and I'll say it again: one human being should not be able to have all this power. The Founders didn't want it that way and they were 100% right.

I've had this moron on mute for years, so just saw this. What a fucking loser, just retarded. Trump is keeping the US as the hegemon, it's a good thing and the dollar remains king. This op really crossed the line, this entire sphere is being entirely exposed.
Tim Pool@Timcast

Trump wants to keep the US as the global hegemon and keep the world under the petrodollar But a new world order is emerging One that will cede power to several large nations.

Hats off. @micsolana nailed it. what shook + activated me wasn’t the overt horror + terror of Oct 7th in Israel. I had no doubts Israel would win the kinetic war No it was the covert decade+ long-planned insidious infiltration info ops into news, politicians, .edu that became overt + evident to me Oct 8…

There is no rule that says that you are forbidden from defeating an enemy that has inferior technology. You are under no obligation to roll over and die just because genocidal savages (Gazans) lack the means to do what they are trying to do.

@mtracey Iran just launched a missile at Diego Garcia. Obviously there was evidence. Trump has an ego problem sure. But he wasn’t wrong. Which is more important?

What's so striking about the Trump 2.0 Wars: they've been precipitated by nothing other than Trump's own ego and ideology. No major precipitating event like 9/11 (Iraq, Afghanistan) or Arab Spring (Libya, Syria) — just simply manufactured out of nowhere by Trump (Iran, Venezuela)

“Against the wishes of its population.” - Lie look at the polling. “Against its own interests.” Lie look at the history. “Trump said he would never do this.” Lie he was talking about this in the 80s. He is no different than Rachel Maddow.

Given Trump has been aligned against Iran and for Israel for many decades, this recent slew of threats should not be taken mildly. Not of taking Kharg Island per se, but of killing millions to get there. STOP TRUMP NOW
Javier Blas@JavierBlas

KHARG ISLAND — a thread: Trump has talked about taking Iran's Kharg Island for 40 years. The problem? Capturing it won't shut down Iran’s entire oil export system. And thus it won't lead to Hormuz re-opening fast enough. 🧵1/10 @Opinion FREE-TO-READ: bloomberg.com/opinion/articl…

You negotiate with terrorists. We do not. In the UAE, we don’t negotiate with terrorists we ban them, we eliminate them. To Washington, to the EU, to NATO, to Israel do whatever you need to do. The Islamic regime in Iran and its terrorist network must go. BTW..The Muslim Brotherhood and the IRGC are designated as terrorist threats in the UAE. Yet in the UK, the Muslim Brotherhood is not banned, and the IRGC has long faced hesitation in being fully proscribed. That is the difference. We act. Others debate.

This is why China won't take Taiwan. They don't think like the Soviets. Our political class was programmed by the Cold War. They think all the bad guys see the world like the Soviets. Good news for them? Russia still thinks like the Soviets. I wish they'd stop. But old habits. They want to consolidate power directly. Through guns and bombs and invasions. China thinks in much more subversive ways. They believe almost exclusively in irregular warfare. In defeating the enemy through mind games and subterfuge. They will try to win through money, politics, technology. Anything that doesn't involve killing or dying. That's their biggest strength. It's also their most exploitable weakness. See, China's civilizational structure is a lot weaker than the US. The US can do the dumbest shit you'd ever imagine for 50 years and barely be worse for wear as a military and economic force. We know that's true because we've done it. But China? One misstep, one overextension, and the CCP will break down. If they end up bogged down in Taiwan like Russia is in Ukraine? It's over. And they know that. It's America's second greatest advantage. Their most profound advantage is that they can pull on many of the same levers as China, use the same jiu-jitsu techniques, but apply greater force while they do so. It is possible for a substantially smaller opponent to hold down someone of lesser skill but greater strength. If the skill is close, though? The fighter with markedly less strength will get ragdolled. America has the strength, when they apply it correctly, to black bag China's friendly leaders in a night. America has the strength to topple a regional power in weeks or months.
Derek. 🇺🇸@SuitablePolitic

Trump has essentially turned the tables on this entire strategy. Every vector of US power has been dedicated to making China's life a living hell. And China has been forced to double down on an investment in the "Break MAGA" nutjob coalition. It isn't that every one of them is on the take, to be clear. That isn't how influence operations work. Nor do they need to. When you pay 1 guy, and that 1 guy makes 100 people agree with him for reasons of their own, you get 101 people for the price of 1. But follow the trail long enough? CCP money will be at the end of it. Every time.

These replies are incredible because it shows how little these people seem to know about JCPOA. Out of the 6 listed demands, Obama’s deal achieved none of them. Not one. It didn’t address the missile program at all. In fact, they actually reduced sanctions related to that program. It did nothing to address funding and arming regional terror proxies. It did not require them to decommission nuclear reactors. It did allow for enrichment, which they could and did ramp up to a higher level over time.
Bakari Sellers@Bakari_Sellers

Obama literally did this.

Maybe it makes me a bad person, but honestly I’m so autistic that my issue with the antisemitism on here isn’t that it’s obnoxious, unkind or “morally wrong”, it’s that it breaks people’s brains and turns them into actual retards with fetal alcohol syndrome, with whom no meaningful dialogue or debate can occur, because they’re too emotionally committed to a litany of spastic priors that nobody with a fully functioning brain shares. It’s that it’s a totalising commitment to cult logic. You cannot meet cult logic in the middle anymore than you can be half pregnant, either you’re buck broken by third world Islamist retard logic or you’re not. If you are, there’s nothing to discuss.

Send this to everyone who tried to gaslight Americans into believing the Islamic Regime isn’t a threat. And then remind them that Iran had enough enriched uranium to build 11 nuclear bombs within a month.

Speaks for itself: Feb. 25, 2026: “We are not developing long-range missiles… we have limited the range below 2,000 kilometers” — Iran’s FM Araghchi (IRNA). March 20, 2026: Iran fires missiles at Diego Garcia—ranging 4,000 kilometers (WSJ). ⬇️
