@fordnation Federal did it right. You liar, its not indian variant and don't blame indians, cases in Canada from travel is so minor.

We have had to make tough decisions because the federal government refuses to tighten up the borders.
As a result, we’ve seen a 600% increase in the Indian variant (B.1.617) in the last 2 weeks. This is incredibly frustrating because it could have been avoided.

@BillBlair What would I do after completing whole program in 🇮🇳, I didn't paid 4x fees just to stay in 🇮🇳 and waking up all nights to attend lectures. Last semester is going on and u kept banning flights even after having stringent covid rule. Look at travel % in purple now it is even less.

@BillBlair Makes no sense . How many percent of cases are coming from outside ? Hotel quarantine, Test at airport ,14 Day quarantine , 10 Th day test and what not ! already measures are strict . Think about families and international students who are stuck back home .

Did anyone count the cost associated with this? ( 18000 cad tuition fees + 10000 GIC + 3000 for the Quarantine = 31000 cad ). Just imagine the state of mind of those students when they affected by all the sudden changes.

If Canadian government won’t support international students day is not far students will #boycottcanada for studies . #UK #USA #AUSTRALIA might capitalize on opportunity. Banning only international students from flight is not a solution. Students are ready for hotel quarantine.

We paid 4x higher fees and covid prevention rule is already stringent still the only ban is on us. My college is about to end. There's no way left to
