STARLINK AND NIGERIA SECURITY To prevent bandits and organized criminal groups from using Starlink satellite services for criminal activities, the Nigerian government can take the following steps according to @alouibrahim92👇🏾 1. Collaborate with SpaceX: Engage with SpaceX, the operator of Starlink, to share intelligence and coordinate efforts to prevent criminal use of the service. 2. Implement User Identification: Require Starlink users to undergo thorough identification and verification processes to prevent anonymous usage. 3. Monitor and Surveillance: Conduct regular monitoring and surveillance of Starlink traffic to detect and prevent suspicious activities. 4. Content Filtering: Work with SpaceX to implement content filtering and blocking of harmful or illegal content. 5. Geolocation Tracking: Use geolocation technologies to track and identify Starlink users in areas known for criminal activity. 6. Law Enforcement Partnerships: Foster close partnerships with law enforcement agencies to share intelligence and coordinate efforts to combat criminal use of Starlink. 7. Regulatory Framework: Establish a regulatory framework to govern the use of satellite services like Starlink, including licensing and compliance requirements. 8. Cybersecurity Measures: Implement robust cybersecurity measures to prevent hacking and unauthorized access to Starlink services. 9. Public Awareness: Conduct public awareness campaigns to educate citizens about the risks of using Starlink for criminal activities. 10. International Cooperation: Collaborate with international partners to share best practices and address global security concerns related to satellite services. By taking these proactive steps, the Nigerian government can effectively prevent the misuse of Starlink satellite services by criminal groups and ensure the safety and security of its citizens.

🇫🇷 Macron summoned 30+ African leaders to Nairobi. Not invited. Summoned. France is terrified. The 🇲🇱🇧🇫🇳🇪 AES countries left. Mali. Burkina Faso. Niger. Gone. French flags lowered. Russian flags raised. Military bases closed. Uranium deals cancelled. The empire is shrinking. And Macron is panicking. Why the summons? Because France feels threatened. The AES proved that African countries can say no. Can leave. Can survive without Paris. Can thrive with new partners. That broke the spell. Now every French ally is asking questions. Every leader is wondering if the leash still holds. Macron needs to lock them back in before more leave. So he called a meeting. A group photo. A show of force disguised as a summit. The real message to the remaining 30: Stay in line. Do not follow the AES. Do not expel French troops. Do not touch the CFA. Or you will be next. Sanctions. Coups. Media attacks. The whole machine. That is not partnership. That is intimidation. France is not inviting. France is warning. The question African leaders should ask: Why does France feel so threatened by Africans choosing sovereignty? Why is "partnership" always on French terms? Why was this summit not in Paris if France sees us as equals? The answer is simple. France does not want partners. France wants subjects. And the AES just showed the world that subjects can become free. Final line: The AES did not just leave Francafrique. They cracked it open. Now Macron is running around trying to glue the pieces back together. Next summons? Stay home. Africa does not answer to Paris anymore.

We call on African governments, investors and financiers to join forces in advancing the green industrialisation and energy transition agenda in our continent. Governments must remove the bottlenecks on the way to green industrialisation by providing efficient permits, and enabling predictable policy and a conducive environment for investment. On their part, financiers must make investments affordable and accessible while businesspeople must provide clarity on what they are prepared to invest, build, buy, and timelines for delivery. Together, we can build Africa into a competitive industrial powerhouse that drives inclusive growth, advances climate action, and shared prosperity for generations to come. Co-chaired the Green Industrialisation and Energy Transition Session of the Africa Forward Summit with President @EmmanuelMacron of France, at Kenyatta International Convention Centre, Nairobi.

@abbkar_ai It wasn't a coincidence and nobody worried to ask why. Because the masta decided that, we shouldn't be truly independent. Fmr president Babangida must be wondering by now why he agreed to some clauses in the world bank reforms to be able to get loans to loot.

@Idomaboy147 @OzorNdiOzor The reality that the white man from 70 years ago who enslaved our ancestors is still the same man coming back as friend in disguise. Freedom is not demanded, it must be fought and taken back. And i believe one day we will realise that. But not through regular voting

@Idomaboy147 @OzorNdiOzor We need at least 20 years of brutal dictatorship, the citizens needs to purged to accept realities that our freedom must come from within. We must build that sense of nationalism, format our brains of the filthy self hate injected to us. Then we see things as it is.

This revelation from Burkina Faso’s minister is insane. However, what’s even crazier is the look on the white dude’s face when the minister mentioned last year’s kidney transplant cases in Burkina Faso. He was shocked and couldn’t believe his ears.

Because they still see us as slaves. It will never end if we don't ban them from entering African soil. Macron would never dare silence a French audience in Paris the way he silenced Kenyans in Nairobi. He did it because he knew he could. Because the old colonial reflex is still there: speak when I say speak. Quiet when I say quiet. An African president trying that in France would be dragged through every Western newspaper for a month. Called a dictator. Called uncivilized. Called unfit for global leadership. But Macron in Africa? It is "showing leadership." No. It was rude. It was paternalistic. And it was a reminder that no summit, no handshake, and no jog changes the fundamental disrespect. They still see the continent as a classroom. And themselves as the headmaster. Until African leaders start banning these people from entering our soil until they learn respect, nothing will change. Not one more visa. Not one more red carpet. Not one more photo op. Let them stay home. Africa does not need a president telling them to be quiet. Africa needs a spine.
Larry Madowo@LarryMadowo

Would an African president shut up a noisy audience in France the way Macron did in Nairobi? Some Africans are outraged about the French president's paternalistic tone. But some praise him for showing leadership. Was it rude, or was it the right thing to do?
