Currently caught in the Kafkaesque loop of trying to report a fault to @BT for business . We were railroaded into digital VOIP and now seem to have moved significantly backwards in our ability to communicate. Truly the least communicative business, somewhat ironically.

@AskVirginMoney Hello - a straightforward credit card account. We paid an amount this month that was higher than required but it was returned to our bank with no explanation. This meant we became late for paying in April, which is unfair.
