I’d take it a step further: erase the 40 hour standard, everyone works 4 hour days. More shift changes, more job spaces to fill, more time to enjoy the only life we’re given. Do this and pay them more, money is fake just like time.

I think 3x12s a week or 4x10s should be the norm for work. Anything over that is automatic overtime. More days off during the week. 5x8s is dumb.

@Tunnelsnakefool I'm still so mad about the ArcGIS courses I took. It was supposed to be urban planning and instead our professor just had us mapping sand deposits for her floodplain research.
Learned nothing, just unpaid labor.

Guys, God bless, but if you don't immediately recognize the mapping software you're not gonna understand how to use it. It's not something you can just pick up and use, also requires expensive liscences. But I won't gatekeep it's ArcGIS Pro I have 12 years experience using Arc.

My building has a rule with an almost Karen-like phrasing like “the lobby is solely for transit between the entrance and your unit” in order to make it clear that you’re not supposed to “hang out” and gather in the lobby. It seems unnecessary until you see this disorder & chaos
