I’m NCAA alumni and think both leagues are great but “the playing against older players prepares you better for NHL” looks to be a misconception not backed by data/case studies. Appears quickest way to NHL and early/big $ is actually CHL—>Pro.

I really, really don’t understand why NHL Teams didn’t line up to take a shot on Zegras this Summer. Cream usually rises to the top again. If you score 67 Points Per 82 GP at 19 years old, it’s usually not a fluke. Anaheim clearly had alienated him.
