It's so funny you all can't see staffs from Nigeria but we have Nigerians living in Nigeria working remotely in the US, UK and other countries meeting international standards. Who is actually fooling who? Is it that you all want cheap labour or just don't rate fellow Nigerians.

Speaking on Channels Television’s The Platform, Adeosun shared insights from a recent conversation with industrialist Aliko Dangote. According to her, Dangote expressed frustration over the difficulty of recruiting qualified staff locally, despite the large number of applicants in the country. “I had a conversation with Dangote recently, and he told me it’s not that he want to employ foreigners but he can’t get staff in Nigeria. Meanwhile, we have an army of people. Every day I am seeing CVs, so then something is wrong,” she said. Adeosun explained that the situation reflects a deeper structural issue, where many graduates lack the practical skills required by employers. She warned that unless the gap between education and industry needs is addressed, Nigeria may continue to experience high unemployment alongside unfilled job vacancies.

I believe most MLS do recommend antibiotics during mcs not prescribing. And I feel as a physician when you see a thing like that you know it's a quack

@Ya_kso I saw a patient one day that had knee and she went to lab and the scientist did RF which was reactive and immediately placed her on high dose prednisolone

Because what is this prescription I’m seeing right after a lab test? I really think it has to be a technician, but this trend of labs prescribing meds needs to stop. Do better.

Secondly, this is not the 19th century where Medicine was largely observational.
Patient care is now evidence-based, and for good reason.
You can't talk about evidence and rule out the Lab, hence your last statement agrees with me.
Y'all should stop downplaying the importance of lab investigations in Diagnosis. Thank you.

I know it's your daily ragebaits towards medical doctors but I will indulge you this morning. Before labs even existed, Medicine wasn’t just guesswork. Careful history taking and physical examination are structured, evidence based skills. Entire fields like Clinical Medicine and Physical Examination are built on patterns that have been validated over decades. For example, you can strongly suspect appendicitis or meningitis from history and exam alone long before labs confirm it. And before a medical doctor would send a patient for labs it's just to confirm an already informed diagnosis and treatment but this isn't to say lab diagnostics isn't a critical care in patient management
