@chrismhowells I’ve spent all weekend responding to people like you and I’m out of well thought out responses. Right now I’m down to this.
You are an idiot and should just sit this out.

@JayDarkmoore Demand: Welfare calls. MH calls. Missper calls. Free up the Police to actually police.
English

@Activeshaz Ah another taser expert I see, let me know when your refresher course is and I’ll pop down to see you in action
English

The video is shocking. The person has been apprehended and tasered but ‘brave’ police officers kick him repeatedly in the head. We have eyes.
Metropolitan Police@metpoliceuk
Our brave officers confronted a man they believed to be a terrorist, who refused to show his hands, who was violent, and who continued to pose a clear threat. Using only their training, courage and tasers, they detained him while he continued to try to attack and stab them. This took true courage.

@PurelyFootball Her new career as a comedian is of to a strong start!! 😂

Eni Aluko compared herself to a prime Wayne Rooney...
“I probably was what Wayne Rooney was, in terms of being that new young kid on the block, like.. I was banging in goals at 16, 17”

@DavidDavisMP Professional soldiers meet amateur soldiers and the Professionals win. It’s war baby, go cry some more and put flowers on the graves.

In 1987, at Loughgall - the greatest single defeat of the IRA by the SAS - eight heavily armed IRA murderers attacked Loughgall police station with a 400-pound bomb and automatic weapons. The SAS shot the eight terrorists dead.
One of the IRA members killed was Patrick Kelly. Intelligence linked Kelly personally to at least five killings, including the murders of two UDR soldiers.
The Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, Hilary Benn, has now promised a sister of this same terrorist a new inquest into the events at Loughgall.
One of Patrick Kelly's family have said, "I have never denied that my brother went out to blow up a barracks…. but they were unmanned barracks. He went out to blow up, not to kill."
This is absurd. Immediately after the bomb detonated, they fired battlefield-calibre weapons at the building, no doubt in the expectation of killing any policeman who emerged.
We should not be facilitating attempts to rewrite history by the IRA at the expense of our veterans.

@patrigby2 @grahamwettone Each day this platform gets worse. This person is a vile, hate filled nobody. Desperate for attention to push her new job after a failed time in the Met. Ignore her.

@ApsanaBegumMP I could explain this to you but I can’t understand it for you. Sadly I think you are too dim to understand it.

I am gravely concerned by the Government’s ongoing position on the hunger strike.
Since I raised the 8 prisoners’ plight in Parliament yesterday, the Government said they ‘do not treat prisoners any differently from any other’.
If that is the case, why are they being held on remand, beyond the Custody Time Limits?
Last weekend, I spoke to 28-year old Kamran Ahmed who has been hospitalised twice. His situation is dire. They need our help.
The Government will be held responsible if these people die in prison without ever having been convicted or put on trial.
The prisoners have rights enshrined in law. The Government must act, now!

@____Foxtrot____ If it had been one maybe
But shooting two people who where not the suspect is somthing that requires a sacking. It’s not unreasonable to demand that those entrusted with the power to take life show upmost competency.

@ThamesVP @SpeechUnion You’re just embarrassing yourselves even more TVP. Take a step back.
English

@SpeechUnion This video shows one of our officers following up on a report from a person who felt threatened by online comments directed at them.
After engagement with both parties, no further action was taken. It is our duty to respond to allegations of threats or violence.

🚨🚨🚨BREAKING: An American cancer patient and Trump supporter was confronted by British police and told to apologise for her online posts or face an investigation.
Deborah Anderson, a mother of two, was visited at her home in June by an officer from Thames Valley Police. He told her someone had lodged a complaint about her social media posts. She told him she was an American citizen and a member of the Free Speech Union and he should be investigating burglaries and rapes, not hurty words on social media.
Chillingly, he told her he was there to get her to apologise to the person who was offended by her posts. If she refused, she’d be questioned down at the station.
What was Deborah’s supposed crime? The policeman didn’t tell her. Was it her passionate support of President Trump and the MAGA movement on her Facebook and X pages?
To make it worse, Deborah is in the midst of cancer treatment, including chemotherapy. She ought to be have been convalescing. Instead, she was harassed for her tweets.
The FSU took on her case and, as a result, the police have now dropped their investigation. But they still haven’t told Deborah which of her posts got her into trouble, claiming they’ve accidentally deleted the record of the complaint.
Thames Valley Police are responsible for guarding President Trump this week. What would he make of the fact that those same officers are visiting the homes of his supporters – including US citizens – and threatening them with arrest.

@ToddFergusonNAA @basilthegreat Any Roman soldier of any African decent who stayed in Britain was at least a dozen generations away from the events of 1066. The Romans left in 410AD, that’s over 600 years. A descendant of those Legionnaires would have been indistinguishable from an Anglo Saxon by this point.
English

Yes, a tiny number of people in Anglo-Saxon Britain were of African descent, descendants of Romans or traders.
But let’s be clear: they weren’t nobles or elites.
If you want to include cultural representation and reflect history, then it’s important to represent the historical reality of social hierarchies.

@InspGadgetBlogs @EssexPoliceUK We never escort them to the Cat C home fans pub. To the ground yes but not deliberately in to confrontation.
English

At almost every major football match, police 'escort' rival fans to and from the ground. It's a standard public order tactic. @EssexPoliceUK should stand firm despite Nigel Farage describing them as 'an absolute disgrace' #ReformUK #BackTheBlue #EppingProtests

Appalling penalties, not a great advert for women’s football but very entertaining! #euro2025
