Noticed a lot of senior employees at Meta are resigning right before big corporate layoff waves lately 👀 Genuinely curious… what’s the strategy here? Because walking away days before layoffs usually means you’re giving up things like severance eligibility and unemployment benefits. So I’m trying to understand the logic:
• Do they have a secured new role lined up?
• A calculated exit strategy?
• Or just choosing pride over process? Either way, it says a lot about how people are navigating uncertainty in corporate spaces right now.

@_sholtodouglas Two words: Claude Design. Was hoping it could (eventually) become a supercharged Canva-esque tool, but even on the Max 20x plan, reaches limit too quickly for very small redesigns. If I need graphic/design help, GPT or Gemini are my go-to, or even Claude Chat.

When do you reach for other models instead of Claude? What can we do better? Hit me with all of your frustrations. dms open. If you can give me detail (e.g. specifics/transcipts) - it'll help a lot in finding out exactly what we need to do to improve the next model

@arseniycodes I had better luck with Claude Code honestly. Design couldn’t get exactly what I wanted and burned through tokens faster than I’ve ever seen (even though I’m on the Max 20x plan). Claude Code did it with only one revision from me.

Just fucking pay for Claude folks. It will transform your life, but not for $20. If you want anything meaningful to come of your work with any AI model, you're going to have to pay. Quit being entitled little brats. @AnthropicAI @claude

@parkerhendo everyone wants everything to be free - just pay for a higher tier, Jesus. You're not going to get one of the most powerful AI models in the world and have it do anything meaningful (outside of "look up..." or "make me an image of...") unless you have more processing time.

The $20 claude plan allows you to ask Opus approximately 1.5 questions before you hit the limit. idk how people live like this mannnn
