@airindia Guess what I take my return flight .Frankfurt to Delhi AI 120 , seat 14 C ( paid 27 Euros additional for seat of choice ) and now TV is not working And worst is the lady in the cabin only has a lame excuse Makes me wonder why did I fly Air India..

@airindia I chose to fly Air India after a while and I encounter issue again. Apart from a very long counter check in , I find my seat broken . Campbell Wilson -I hope you will improve it one day !! @JM_Scindia Your ministry could help common Indians bit more !

@airindia I expected a better response as I thought now it is a different company .This is a 50 year old response and indian consumer continues to suffer !!! And I am not surprised that top management of air india is not on social media .Sad !!

@amazonIN You are applying monopolistic approach in india also .I bought an item and can not return it .After 10 tries I got to talk to some one and she said the product has to be defective and you can only replace .I don’t need replacement, i need to return !

How is HDFC allowed to ask for a 6 month bank statement for prepayment at all? This is utterly silly. Have heard this from three people now. RBI has banned charging any penalty on pre-closure or prepayments, even if the customer has taken a loan from someone!
