Training combat sports means sacrificing your physique. Cardio kills gains, right?
Wrong. In the last 12 months I've gone from never kicking a bag to competent at kickboxing while adding 8kg of lean muscle. How? 👇
- Periodising my training in blocks. Initially reducing weight session frequency and prioritising skill acquisition at kickboxing / Muay Thai sessions. Then dedicating more time to weights (and eating) pushing numbers up (still doing cardio)
- Adding volume specifically to muscle groups I actually wanted to grow (shoulders, arms, legs)
- Eating more protein than you'd think is possible. 265g daily at 80kg bodyweight
- Yes, low-dose anabolics have been involved.
No, this isn't the 1980s where only bloatmaxxed bodybuilders were allowed to use them. The stigma is outdated. The results speak for themselves.
Combat sports and physique work aren't opposites. Most people just never tried to do both properly.

Amazing stuff nonetheless but the dryness, the muscle bound physique, the hardness in the face, facial hair is more dense and thick
Usually anabolics, because of DHT, give that “hard” look

HONEST PEPTIDE REVIEW: 9 months of daily GHK-Cu...
Result: basically nothing. Maybe slightly faster hair/nail growth, maybe slightly better skin.
Meanwhile influencers whose entire account exists to push their affiliate code are calling it a fast-track to Korean glass skin and clearing acne.
Peptides can work. This one's not a scam, it's just wildly overrated. Diet does more for your skin than a vial ever will — and most of those insane before/afters people credit to GHK-Cu were actually done with tretinoin or accutane, which are extremely effective.

@RpilldSean No this is a myth it can make existing moles darker

Melanotan 2 is probably has the best ROI of any peptide 🌞
Don’t need a lot, I use 500mcg once per week to maintain base tan with minimal uv exposure 🇬🇧
Everyone looks better tanned, easiest way to stand out in a crowd, alongside being shredded.
Many take it too far and abuse sunbeds but if done right it’s not obvious, you just get asked where you’re from a few times per week
Photos below are click bait, 1 is natural no uv UK death complexion, 2 is after a week in the green sun, I normally sit somewhere in between the 2.
Maybe I’d be more cautious if I never naturally was able to tan..but maybe not, any gingers with success?

@biowinning One of the most retarded statements I’ve ever read in my life.
English

@biowinning modern bodybuilding has become one of the unhealthiest sports that exist
English

@biowinning The truth is no one cares about your +5% better fizeek that you are risking your long term health for unless competing. Also now you are in position when you come off for fizeek to melt into nothing… GG
English

@biowinning Great way to become infertile. But who cares anyway when to feed is the ego and what other people think about your body
English

@2kew4u Yes to exposure haha, both pump. Difference pretty clear + 3 kg, - around 4% bodyfat
English

@biowinning Changed the exposure on the photo and took the pic with a pump. 😂
English

@biowinning Running test as well?
It is my understanding that if you micro dose tren without a test base then the tren will shut down your natural test production which would result in the opposite effect of what you're going for.

@GhostTiedBow @mike_skane Full bloods ran in final week, only markers out of range: elevated Prolactin and low HDL.

@mike_skane @biowinning You seriously think he checked bloods based on this dumb ass post? 🤣 “may not be here in six years” so just send it… idk how you can possibly take the health aspect out of working out but he somehow did it.
English

@TheRealEJones 5mg daily
4-5 x weight sessions (upper/lower)
3 x 5km runs
2 x HIIT / kickboxing sessions
Very limited carbs
Very high protein
English

@biowinning 20mg? What was your dosing like. Approx starting weight? Have considered this for 6 months now and this post is about to push me to do it.
