Kindly mention this in the ticket. Also yet another day has passed without any resolution. Highly disappointed

@bsnl_care The issue is existing for more than a week. The vendor is informed around 8 days back. The issue ticket is open around 6 days back the pgrms ticket is more than 4 days old and still no updates. Forget about the resolution. @CMDBSNL kindly help me out here.

This is a repeated problem. The vendor does not respond or take any action. The authorities mention that they cannot get the vendor to make him work. No resolution on raising ticket. I have no option but to switch service provider.
