On 2026-04-25, the @Litecoin network faced abnormal activity involving invalid MWEB transactions and a temporary chain split. f2pool detected the issue in real time and responded immediately, continuing to mine on the valid chain under the correct consensus rules. After a tense 13-block chase, the valid chain caught up. From block 3,095,931 onward, f2pool mined the key blocks that helped the valid chain overtake the invalid fork, leading to a natural reorg back to the correct chain. A massive thank you to all f2pool miners for continuously contributing your hashrate to secure Litecoin!

A Slack badge just reminded me that yesterday was my 13th work anniversary at @f2pool.
It brought back memories of those days when I met @bitfish in early 2013 and we set off on our Bitcoin and crypto adventure together.
On the high-speed train to work, I was using LRUSD to buy bitcoins in bulk across several international dealers, then selling them to novices on Taobao, converting the proceeds back into LRUSD, and repeating the cycle. On good days, I could make over a thousand dollars across multiple round trips. Thanks to the strong market in those first few months, I managed to save up $100,000, which finally gave me the confidence to take the leap.
Many years later, looking around, @bitfish is still one of the best entrepreneurial partners one could ever hope to find. The only regret is that I was so focused on taking photos of the trains and train stations those days that I barely captured any other pictures for what we were actually doing in Bitcoin and crypto at the time.

卧槽，太炸裂了！ 有位老哥，用一台吹风机，翻越围栏，在巴黎机场跑道边，对着气象局的温度传感器吹热风，从而干扰了预测市场 Polymarket 上，关于天气温度的押注结果。 这人先在预测市场上，低价买了一个几乎没人看好的结果，如大家都觉得是 18 度，他去买 22 度。 因为市场觉得，这种极端天气不可能发生。 然后他直接走到探头旁边，用一个便携加热设备，类似吹风机。短时间加热周围空气，把读数瞬间拉高到目标温度，刚好被记录为当天最高气温。 几分钟后温度恢复正常，但市场已经按这个最高温结算，最终他赢了。 关键是，他居然还成功了两次，最终法国气象局才发现问题，并报警起诉。

斯蒂格勒在《技术与时间》提出「第三记忆」： 生物学公认有两种记忆。一种是遗传记忆，写在 DNA 上，物种共享，死了还在后代身上。一种是表观记忆，个体生命里积累的经验、技能、印象，随着这具身体的死亡而永灭。斯蒂格勒说，人还有第三种：外化在技术物里的记忆。 你手上的一本书，是一种第三记忆——作者把经验、洞见、判断刻到符号里，通过纸张传给从未见过他的你。你桌上那把椅子是一种第三记忆——多少代木匠关于"坐"、关于"平衡"的手艺积淀到这件物里。你手机里的代码是第三记忆——千万个编程者的思维方式以比特形式保存着。 这种记忆的决定性特征是：它不随个体死亡而消失。祖父死了，祖父做的椅子还在，椅子上的经验还在。一个从未见过祖父的孙子，可以通过摸到、看到、使用这把椅子，接触到祖父未曾说出来的那部分感觉。 当我们连续使用AI，上下文持续积累，双方不断加深「理解」，这又是什么记忆呢?

这个赤裸时刻，海德格尔叫"本真"。不是道德上的高尚，不是修行人的境界——是一种结构上的"领会自己"。从这里你可以选择真正属于自己的活法——他叫"决断"。」
