Visiting my grad alma mater today as a professor. I realize now that one faculty member in the group diminished every colleague and student in the program to insure his star shined brightest. Don’t be that person.

I thought I had imposter syndrome. Turns out, I really am a fraud.

So now we are doing journal reviews AND paying thousands to publish the papers. Might as well just self publish and tweet out the results. The cost of each PhD student just went up $15000.
