Continuing our @KVUE @Samsung coverage this week, I talked with @wilcogov Judge @BillGravell about road plans. The biggest piece: Southeast Loop, already being built with a proposed budget of ~$190m. The roadway will saddle up alongside Samsung Taylor's new site when finished.
