@HiltonHotels @HiltonHonors what’s the point booking a room type, getting a notification that you’ve been upgraded, selecting a room during mobile check-in to then be told at the hotel that those rooms aren’t available and you’re not even getting what was originally booked :(

Hey @WestJet how come westjet.com/en-ca/manage/c… doesn’t seem to apply when booking through a travel agent (@AmericanExpress Travel). Being told that flight credit for a lower fare rebooking will be forfeited - not cool!
