@Davita Who do I address a letter to about a complaint patient? The patient is rude and has a totally disregard for other patients. He believes anytime he calls for a nurse or tech that they need to immediately stop what they are doing to wait on his patient self.

And annoying patients are rude. I am done but I have to have patient why they take off this entitled dude who thinks he should be 1st in everything. He is lot ...u got being shorter, get his breathing ready fold up his blankets. (@DaVita

Called @UHC customer service after collecting my info and waiting 20 minutes to contact the the 3rd party FastCare I get asked to call back because #UHC operator was having phone issues. Really? Ugh!

36 minutes AFTER my scheduled time my treatment FINALLY starts. This is so wrong. This entire staff needs to be restrained and learn sensitivity and how to be helpful to benefit patients @DaVita

I am now 30 mins late for my scheduled time due to the selfish nature of some. @DaVita when someone finally comes he has to set the machine, a task that could have been done by staff who are doing nothing

You cannot be selfish in healthcare. It is all about helping people...not just when your part is done or when it is convenient for you or when you feel like it @DaVita

They just called someone from the lobby in. They will be on the machine before I do and I have been in my chair since 5:30. It is the concept of helping another employee when they clearly need it to hard for the staff learn @DaVita

@DaVita even staffers are selfish in other bays. They have NO patients. So, why can't they answer the doorbell...because they are on their PHONES and have tunnel vision

@DaVita I can't begin to tell you the number of times where I see staff can help each other. But 2 consistently only worry about me, myself, and I. How are you healthcare and you are selfish? You can clearly see where your help could benefit a patient bur you put on blinders

My chair is for 6am. This means I should not be waiting. Only one person is on because he complains and is super needy. @DaVita the other person has to have a nurse and then there is me a stick

After that she then starts looking at the computer, "pretends to work on schedule for next shift, and then sits. When another nurse calls her out on it, she continues to do nothing for waiting patients unless a tech in the bay asks her a direct question @DaVita
