@British_Airways And yet making a new booking now would be the same as the 3 I've booked and only £124 for a 4. Feedback means nothing. You're getting free money instead of trying to help. Not biting but safe to say BA will not be used next time

Quite annoyed with @British_Airways tbh. To change from a 3 to 4 bed villa, CS wanted £352, inc a £100 change fee for someone to click a few buttons. If I was to book a new one online it's only £124 difference. Really??

@British_Airways And will only have a good trip if we can get the twin room for my brother in law and his son. Can't believe you can't request this when even budgets like Premier Inn can sort that no problem

@blackadder1st Hi Allan. We're sorry for the frustration and we know it's not ideal. Fees do apply when making changes to an existing booking, and if you switch to a different villa, any price difference is also charged. Wherever you stay, we hope you have an amazing trip! Liz

@British_Airways Not ideal? I've been using BA for all my flights to USA, with Silver Club recently, and no loyalty help whatsoever Absolute rip off. Can't even cancel and rebook cause I'll lose the deposit. Ridiculous

@AdobeCare I have messaged the screenshots to the same email address. I thought it was for the same one till I looked at my account and subscriptions online after seeing the second amount come out of my bank account

@AdobeCare Hi. I have tried finding an email to message without success. I have been charged 2 different amounts within days for Creative Cloud and it appears there are two accounts. Can someone assist? I'm in the UK

@nectar So I guess it's my fault cause it was different item, but the staff didn't notice either, and ignored my request to just void it off, also telling me I had to use the Scan app for it to work. Retrain please @sainsburys

@nectar Not happy this morning. No-one on the tills @sainsburys so had to use a self serve. Then my unlocked Personal Price for Ritz didn't come off. Told it had to be on the Smart shop to work. Instead of just voiding the 1 item she voided it all and it still didn't work!

@Poundland Shout out to Kerry at Braehead centre. I was struggling with 20 bags of sweets. When I asked her if she had a spare empty box to carry them downstairs she brought one quickly, without question and with a smile. Pure customer service. Thank you Kerry, you're a star 🌟❤️
