Hegseth has asked the chief of staff to the Army Chief to step down. Randy George previously served as the senior military assistant to SecDef Lloyd Austin during Biden admin. One of the sources said @SecWar wants someone in the role who will implement Trump and Hegseth's vision for the Army. The vice chief of staff of the Army, Gen.
