.@tivolihotels please train reception staff to NOT say the room number out loud when checking guests into your hotels. I can’t believe it isn’t standard practice for a chain of this quality to show the guest the room number without verbalising it. You need to update your policy.

Here it goes....
I believe yes, to a certain extent those kids are victims of their own mother who have been abusing them severely.
If I were to act on this, I would have arrested Alice when it was offered in th first DVRO that she tried to give drugs to the kids.
However, after hearing the testimony that they curse their father, don't obey them, flip the bird, what do you think this will happen?
If they were now to remove the kids from her, Ioan knows he would be in danger and that's even more serious considering there is a baby in the middle of this. Ioan wants them to go to therapy, and even that can still hinder risks due to the depth of the abuse.
On the other hand, one is 16 and the other is 12, my whole argument is how much can we say those kids act by example of their mom and how much they are now well conscious and aware of their choices? So far the example that has been set is that they can abuse, intimidate, threaten and lie they will still be supported by Ioan.
Also, something that the judge commented, Ella will be 18 next year and currently Ioan doesn't have to pay as much as he's paying for Elsie, what kind of information that gives you?
So instead of you calling me names, try to use your brain and consider all the variables. Thank you
English

@pauladg48 @KariHudaverdi @aburkhartlaw They’ve been abused and brainwashed for years. Thank fuck you’re not involved to any degree where decisions are being made, you clearly have no uunderstanding of psychological abuse and the damage it causes to children’s brains.
English

She will be 13, and her sister will be 17...
There are stories of kids in the US and UK that had committed crimes and they had to face the consequences, nobody thought of them: ah they're kids, maybe they were influenced by their parents, or they're kids, they don't know what they were doing.
Recently here in Brazil, a 16 year old boy got brutally killed by a 19 year old boy, and according to the investigation, the 19 year old one, who's arrested acted on behalf of another 16 year old one who also drove and filmed the assault. It is important to reinforce that the driving age in Brazil is at 18. However, because the mastermind is a minor, he won't even go to a juvies, and if he does, by the time he's 18, he will have a clean slate.
I'm not saying Ioan's kids are criminals, however, since they choose to be with their mom's and obey her at any outrageous request, what do you think it's going to be the outcome? They're growing up, and finding out by bad examples that those are the right things to do.
English

This is what I am wondering, how much can we have empathy for them since we're talking about two teenage girls, and one of them is old enough to drive?
How much is mAlice is really controlling and how much are they acting to their own accord. I was feeling sorry for them until I heard Iris testimony and the pitiful behavior they had shown to Ioan, Bianca and Iris.
How much is Ella being played by her mom and how much is her own volition agreeing to go to a court and request a DVRO against her dad based on lies?
Do you think it's fair Ioan having to put up with kids that hate him, that maltreat him, and treat him like a bank? How many teenagers have to work to help their parents while those two get everything without any effort and they're pretty ungrateful. When it was only Ioan and Bianca, I think that was manageable, now there's another child that could very well become a victim from those girls and since they can't judge right from wrong, I am thinking about the one kid who is truly defenseless in this situation.
Also, Ella and Elsie are old enough to understand that their choices carry their own consequences, they were victims when they were younger, and now I question their judgement.

@CarmenMcCoy53 @datpootieflow @aburkhartlaw “Which was all I asked for” with a shitty entitled attitude.
English

@datpootieflow @aburkhartlaw I didn't say she doesn't give great background. I just wanted to know what case she was talking about. Thanks for the link which was all I asked for. Thanks again.

So far during the morning session of Day 3 of Ioan v. Alice, we have a lot of nitpicky cross of Ioan over minor details, wording that doesn't matter, and "discrepancies" that will be easily cleaned up on redirect, such as why Ioan didn't report the incident where Alice tried to give cocaine to the children in his original DVRO petition. Estimate at the start of the day was 90 minutes of cross.

@imarajones @benryanwriter This is what ‘erasure’ looks like and it isn’t happening to blokes in a dress.
Just one of many nauseating examples:

English

@LouiseHoward15 @TLRailUK The info on the live running site and National Rail app has been wrong all morning for both @TLRailUK and @SouthernRailUK services
English

@TLRailUK will I get to work today ? Hackbridge to Loughborough Junction. Is the 8:22 coming ?
English

Driver of @SouthernRailUK train: “I’ll do my best to get you to London Bridge”
No doubt meant to be reassuring but given the shit customers are dealing with this morning, implies that it’ll continue to be a battle to make it there.
Anyone would think there are fucking dragons.
English

@wobblyclark @SouthernRailUK @SW_Help You’re entitled to about 30p refund through the delay repay scheme. Good luck!
English

@SouthernRailUK @SW_Help Refund please. This train will now arrive at Gatwick more than 60 mins later than scheduled. A full refund is your obligation, and I dont walk away from things like this. As an aside I know you'll ignore, I think your customer service attitude is appalling
English

Apologies @SW_Help thanks for the reply👍 Hey @SouthernRailUK read my tweet please. Now on a train from Victoria to Gatwick. Stopped at Dorking, a few whimpers from the driver about delays. I smell a cancellation. Please advise
SWR Help@SW_Help
@wobblyclark @UKLabour Hi, we do not operate services to Gatwick or Victoria. ^RC

@TLRailUK horrific service yet again for passengers wanting to get to work from Sanderstead. An array of excuses given from broken down trains to trespassers 😡

English

@SouthernRailUK What are you blathering on about - through this area? Your whole network is shot AGAIN today.
English

🗺️ Trains running through this area may be subject to disruption.
ℹ️ You can use our interactive livemap to find out more about how this affects your journey: southernrailway.com/service-update…

English

@James_Delaney18 @TLRailUK Don’t bamboozle them with live running information. They can’t bear it when passengers know more than they think we know because it means they can’t lie so brazenly to us.
English

@Patriciakot12 @TLRailUK “Im sorry you felt this way” is appalling customer service Luke and you know it.
English

@TLRailUK I had very unpleasant encounter with "JOY" at city Thameslink station who was terrible to me. I left in tears. She refused me exit even with valid ticket. I had video and ticket to prove the matter.
English

The “service” from @SouthernRailUK and @TLRailUK is fucking diabolical - this is a tweet we’ve seen hundreds of thousands of times from as many users over the years and NOTHING ever gets done. The money grabbing cunts just keep jacking up fares without investing in the network.
