Congress's newfound arrogance is due to their illusion that people have found new faith and respect for their leader. The reality is far from it. BJP's average performance was not because voters found hope in Rahul Gandhi, but because of their internal mismanagement, overconfidence, inability to combat fake news about "changing the constitution" and "ending reservations," inability to manage caste issues, and the outrageous promises of freebies by the opposition. If BJP can regroup, fix these issues, and proactively work on the concerns their core voters have been raising, they can very well again cross 300 seats in 2029 on their own. Until they do it, they'll have to bear this drama and cacophony in parliament.
