Having a nightmare with @Samsung @SamsungUK customer services. Washing machine has been showing a fault for 15days. I am still waiting for the 24hr call back from 14 days ago. They don’t seem bothered. Crap experience when I call. All I get is “someone will call@you in 24hrs!”😡
