I just happened to see this company’s logo by chance today. I’m sure given the aesthetic of it that it actually predates your Exposure logo. I’m sharing this just to show you how quixotic it is to try and stop people from using anything resembling what you’ve made. You’ll never stop the flood of people who carelessly use what they find online. I had a band and obsessed over finding a name that wasn’t already taken for months, but the one I chose was still a common enough word that others might eventually use it too. Sure enough, 3 to 4 bands sprung up within 5 years all with the same name. They didn’t worry about whether or not it was taken, they thought it was a cool name and just went with it. This is how most people operate. You have to let these things go most of the time. Sure, when a big company or designer who should know better uses what you’ve trademarked, take them down. But chasing down some random guy from a developing country who isn’t a threat to you isn’t worth your time, and doing it publicly damages your brand.

I will say this, being on the receiving end of design twitter groupthink is trash. I’m not without blame I’ve def unintentionally and intentionally caused drama on here in the past. I’ll def be more careful with calling people out and handle things more respectfully in DMs.
