If you want to fix Obamacare and medical insurance, you first need to force transparent pricing that is the same for everybody! Here’s my latest labwork bill after a general exam. The “list price” was $1225.98 but because this was an in-network lab, the price was reduced by $1133.68. That left $67.30 for the insurance company to pay and $25 for me to pay. In other words, the insurance company’s rate was only 7.5% of the retail price! One shouldn’t have to be insured to get that price; uninsured cash-paying customers should get the same price. That would bring competition into the market and cut out the middleman, making it practical to self-insure for routine care, and just have lower cost catastrophic insurance for serious issues.

I don't know what prompt you used. I had an extended chat with Grok about it just now, and it threw out some hackneyed answers suggesting to me that it has trained heavily on conventional medical opinion but without the benefit of critical analysis of each paper it is inferring a reference to. Most telling, however, is that when pressed at the end, Grok said that if it were a human COVID patient in the 2021 period, hospitalized with a serious case, it would seek ivermectin treatment.

80 lawsuits to force doctors to prescribe ivermectin for COVID. 40 won & got ivermectin, 40 didn’t. 38 out of 40 who got ivermectin lived. 38 out of 40 who didn’t get ivermectin died. The chances that Ivermectin had no impact are something like the chances of you guessing a random 15 digit number on the first try.

@SeeLCab19 @twc_health I'm aware of that but not of an actual report. This is such important information that it should have been written up in a case history report.

@bobcycle2014 @twc_health It’s referenced in Pierre Kory’s book on ivermectin. The attorney in most/all cases was Ralph Lorigo. Per grok:Pierre Kory’s Substack (Pierre Kory Medical Musings) — Kory has posted detailed timelines and personal accounts of the lawsuits, including early cases in Buffalo, NY…

@TonySeruga Interesting! Would love to know more about your company and how it and others like it operate. (Personal, not professional interest). Can you list the biases being incorporated into AI? Are they different for the different platforms?

This is very disturbing as one of my companies is an AI Training Data Curator for over two dozen platforms, and they are refusing to incorporate reports from, for example, the Center for Security Policy (CSP), David Horowitz Freedom Center, Clarion Project, Middle East Forum, Investigative Project on Terrorism, RAIR Foundation, but have no problem using CAIR propaganda. In essence, we "teach" AI by supplying the examples and corrections it needs—without this human input, models couldn't reliably recognize patterns or respond intelligently. Then we test AI outputs against guidelines, rank responses (e.g., which AI reply is better), identify edge cases, and flag issues such as hallucinations, bias, or poor performance to iteratively improve models. There is definitely a built-in Islamist bias.

Has anyone noticed AI refuses to acknowledge not just the current invasion of Muslims, but that since the early 7th century CE, Islam has conquered country after country, including Iran?

@EthicalSkeptic Just ordered one. It would be nice if you had a dedicated place on your website or X where you answer questions from readers who have purchased your book. I'm sure I'll have a few as I dig into it.

Thanks for providing a link to support your work. Happy to do it! Thanks for your persistence! I don't have a bias towards the truth of what happened, as I am merely a distant observer and reader of news, but I do think it is very important that we find out, especially when so many seem to want to obscure it. You may be mistaken, but I respect the integrity that you and your team are displaying.

@HomeDepot I just want to post my frustration and disappointment with the "bait and switch" approach Home Depot is taking to Home Depot credit card customers like me, by offering %off or $25off deals but then not honoring them at the store. What I keep finding is that the deals aren't honored, the clerks don't know why, and I go to Customer Service and they tell me that the fine print says that the offer does not apply to "non-discountable SKU's." But how are we customers supposed to know what those are?! I went to HD today and bought plywood and water softener salt. My $25 coupon was rejected because of this. Nobody was sure, but thought it was the plywood. This is the 3rd time this kind of rejection has occurred. I'm about to the point of cancelling my Home Depot card and switching my business to Lowe's because I'm so frustrated at the bait and switch! You should clearly spell out what is not included in the deal, or else honor the coupons.

@jbelisle_ I doubt anyone was planning to aim for the road outside the plant rather than the plant itself. Guess they wanted to impede first responders trying to get to the plant workers.

@BretWeinstein He's also way off on the wall. The One Big Beautiful Bill included billions for wall construction and it is proceeding at pace for completion by the end of Trump's term. Meanwhile, he has mostly shut down illegal immigration through tight enforcement. x.com/i/grok/share/6…

I supported Trump in '24 as the only viable and legitimate candidate running. Maybe those, like me, who expected him to avoid war, simply got conned. But that's not the only valid hypothesis. The deep state appeared to vehemently oppose Trump. Presumably it had contingency plans

You won't hear a better 55-second description of MAGA and Trump than this: in terms of the perspective of any minimally honest MAGA supporter:

@XFreeze Meanwhile, here in Texas, beautiful farm and ranch land all around me is being consumed, either by subdivisions filled with fleeing New Yorkers and Californians, or by solar farms. UGLY!

The fastest energy transition in human history is happening right now In 2015, solar generated 256 TWh globally Today it’s over 2,700 TWh. Solar met 83% of all new electricity demand growth in the first half of 2025 alone Renewables just overtook coal as the world’s #1 electricity source And we’re still just getting started "Solar electricity will become by far the biggest source of power for civilization” — Elon Musk The Sun sends Earth enough energy in 1 hour to power all of humanity for a full year. One year of sunlight contains more energy than every oil well, coal mine, and gas field on Earth - combined We are capturing a fraction of a fraction of that The only thing standing between us and energy abundance is the speed at which we choose to build We are not in an energy shortage We are in an urgency shortage
