@DoorDash Just ordered my fifth food delivery and DoorDash screwed up four of the five! Use DD because of Chase credit card incentive. Never again. DD is a total disaster. Not sure how they stay in business.
@bobfeldman Bob, with weather related re-routes, fuel capacity calls for weight and balance reconfiguration of the aircraft, which is why bags and passengers were pulled. We sincerely regret that this information was not clearly shared on board. ^KG

@united You’re very nice but equally out of touch. The plane landed in Fresno, sunny here. Your pilot asked for volunteers to help reduce weight. Many offered. Two hours later, waiting for luggage so I can get in rental car and drive to Monterey. TWO HOURS!
