@AGJamesUthmeier Your action in the AG's office to block the ballot initiative for recreational marijuana is the final straw for me with Florida's Republican majority. You're denying Floridians the right to vote on THEIR State, not yours. I'll be voting all Democratic this year.

@VoteNo_On3 Amendment 3 is the result of @RonDeSantis and the FL Legislature not enacting recreational marijuana on their own. Had they done so, they would have blocked the potential passage of this amendment and done what the FL electorate wants to happen with marijuana.
