@bogleheaddev @MrsAA55 That’s how I ended up with my house. Someone put an offer before us & was accepted but they couldn’t get a mortgage so we got the house

It’s 17 weeks since we accepted an offer on our house, their buyers are first time buyers…17 weeks and those first time buyers still don’t have a mortgage offer…our deadline is Friday, if nothing forthcoming we officially withdraw our property…what a fucking waste of time 😤

4 neighborhood girls came to our house today asking to wash our car for $10. Obviously we said yes (even though we didn't need it)! Gave them $20. Love to see kids still being kids.

I have 4 neighbors that I know of who have dogs that they never take for walks. That's just cruel man.
