@sainsburys hi, I purchased the Sainsbury’s Piri Piri spatchcock chicken and just went to put it in the oven but part of the chicken has gone off despite being in date (sell by 29.10). I would like a voucher for the cost so I can buy again please. I have photos to share.
@thameswater Hi Josh, the entire length of Langston Road in Loughton is gridlocked. I work at the Bank of England at the furthest end of the road and have sat stationary for 90 mins.
Langston Road runs into Chigwell Lane. Any help would be appreciate as cars and people over heating! Thx

@quookeruk installed new tap to discover faulty part. Called customer service, got through after 10 mins only to be told to send a picture of the faulty part. Was given a generic email so now back in the “queue” again. Response expected in 48 hours. Expected better Cust Serv.
@bmstores visited Kidbrooke store to refund unwanted Christmas gift, showed receipt but apparently it needs to be a gift receipt not a normal receipt? I wasn’t given a gift receipt at time of purchase and so I HAD to spend the value of item as they would only exchange!Feel robbed
@bmstores apparently, I need a gift receipt for a refund to be honoured as part of Christmas refund policy - makes no sense! I was not offered a gift receipt!
@bmstores your Christmas refund period is until 30 Jan, so I was told by customer service but in store, would only offer exchange to value as I didn’t ask for a gift receipt at tone of purchase? That makes no sense!

@TUIUK we were picked up by TUI transfer to take us to Antalya airport in Turkey, but the driver erroneously left one of our cases at the hotel. We had to fly home without it. Hotel confirmed they have it. 1 wk later & TUI after care still not responded to arrange next steps!HELP
